To fix a paper jam, first turn off the printer and carefully open the printer cover. Gently pull out any jammed paper in the front or from the rear cover. Avoid tearing the paper, as small pieces left inside can cause further issues. If paper is stuck in the paper feed slot, remove the paper tray and carefully pull it out. For 'paper not feeding' errors, ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the rear tray, not exceeding the maximum fill line, and that the paper guides are adjusted snugly against the paper stack without being too tight. Use paper within the printer's specifications, and try fanning the paper stack before loading to separate sheets.
