My Dymo Labelwriter 450 connects via USB, but the software doesn't recognize it. What should I do?

First, ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the Labelwriter and your computer. Try using a different USB port. Restart both the Labelwriter and your computer. Check Device Manager (Windows) or System Information (macOS) to see if the Labelwriter is recognized as a USB device. If it isn't, the problem might be with the USB cable or the Labelwriter itself.
