My laptop is showing an error message about a 'Wireless Profile'. How do I fix this?

A corrupted wireless profile can prevent connection. Delete the existing profile for your network and then re-add it. In Windows, go to Wi-Fi settings, manage known networks, select the problematic network, and choose 'Forget'. Then, reconnect and re-enter the password.
