When u hit a tennis ball with a racket the action of the racket reacts with the ball, which sends it flying.
When you step of the curb, you feet push urself off of the ground and onto the street or etc (Action), which then leaves u standing off of the curb (reaction, makes more sense when you think about it)
When you row a boat action force that the rower dude is putting on the boat = to a reaction, which makes your boat move.
Therefore all of them are action and reaction forces!
