What types of DDoS attacks can Google Cloud's protection mitigate?

Google Cloud's built-in protection and Cloud Armor are designed to mitigate a wide range of DDoS attacks, including volumetric attacks (e.g., UDP floods, ICMP floods), protocol attacks (e.g., SYN floods, fragmentation attacks), and application-layer attacks (e.g., HTTP floods, slowloris attacks). The distributed nature of GCP's infrastructure also helps absorb and disperse attack traffic.
