If cleaning cycles don't work, try a power cleaning cycle (available on some EcoTank models). This uses more ink but is a more aggressive cleaning process. If that fails, manually cleaning the print head might be necessary. This involves carefully removing the print head and soaking it in a print head cleaning solution (or distilled water) before gently cleaning the nozzles with a lint-free cloth or syringe. Be extremely careful as the print head is delicate.
