Try a different USB port on your computer. Sometimes certain USB ports may not provide enough power. Also, try a different USB cable. If the printer still isn't recognized, manually install the driver. In Device Manager, look for an 'Unknown device' or a device with a yellow exclamation mark. Right-click it, select 'Update driver', and then 'Browse my computer for driver software'. Point it to the location of the Zebra driver files.
