First the voice-off presents an International or National Book Fair
Next - some interviews with writers 
Second - the anchorman refers to a book presented before ( one from the book fair ) - he presents the writer, a short story about the content of the book, the publishing house, the target group it is aimed for etc.
Third - the interview with the writer about the book presented and the following projects, future books etc.
Last - you may add in your show comments or stories about some ONG or foundations that supports education, give scholarships  to extraordinary pupils / students
